THE ORDER PROCESS

1. Decide upon the make and specification of the new car you require. Confirm these details and check availability with your sales advisor. Many cars are available from UK stock.
2. Place your £500 deposit by Debit/Credit card to reserve your vehicle. A copy of your order will be posted along with a welcome pack within 24 hours.
3. Stock vehicles are available within a 2 to 3 weeks and factory orders normally take between 6 to 12 weeks. We do receive weekly updates once a factory order has been placed.
4. Your new vehicle recieves a full pre-delivery inspection and valet by the manufacturer prior to delivery.
5. All vehicles are pre-registered by our suppliers, however this is normally only 48 hours prior to your vehicle being delivered.
6. When your vehicle is ready for collection you have 3 options with regard to delivery:
   1. Collect your new vehicle from our premises in Wakefield.
   2. Driven delivery to your home or place of work for £100+ VAT.
   3. Take advantage of our transporter delivery for £200+ VAT anywhere within the UK mainland.
7. Final balance is paid by "Bankers Draft" on the day of delivery or "Debit card/ Telegraphic transfer" the day prior to delivery, or why not take advantage of our finance facilities offered on our finance page.

WILL I BE THE FIRST OWNER?

No, the vehicles we offer are all pre-registered by ourselves or our suppliers approximately 48 hours before delivery.

ARE THE VEHICLES IMPORTS?

No, all our vehicles are UK supplied and carry the full manufacturers warranties and roadside assistance cover.

DO WE ACCEPT PART EXCHANGES?

Yes, unlike many other internet suppliers we will offer you a current trade value for your vehicle. You can, if you wish, attempt to sell your vehicle privately whilst you are waiting for your new vehicle to arrive. If you manage to sell your vehicle privately whilst your new vehicle is on order, just let us know before delivery.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE V5 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT?

It takes 6 months for you to receive your V5 document, if however you have not received this please let us know. You will receive an invoice from us showing all monies paid, that the vehicle is yours and that you are the legal owner.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY NEW CAR?

We will endeavour to assist you as much as we can, we pride ourselves on our after sales service, as far as we know we are the only internet company willing to collect your vehicle if you do have a problem and supply you with a courtesy car FREE of charge and take on the responsibility of getting you car repaired and returned to you as soon as possible.
